Terms and Conditions
Due to the fact that our products are completely handmade,
they may differ slightly from piece to piece. This ensures that each item
is unique and individual.
We do our best job to create pictures that correctly depict
the colour of the items. Some of the pictures
have the picture taken with the light bulbs turned on which sometimes
produces a red/orange glow from the bulb that makes the shade look
different than with the light turned off.
Also, depending on the
brightness and contrast controls on your computer display that may vary
the colours of the pictures you see.
Some of our items are available in stock, while others will be made to order.
The most elaborate pieces will be ready within at the most 20 working
days, and we guarantee that they are absolutely worth while waiting for!
On each
item's page it indicates how long it will be before we can have the item
ready for you and ship it over to you, wherever you are.
All of our products are of the highest quality standards.
Returns Policy
If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are
welcome to return it, after informing Mazyta snc that this is your
intention (essential for obtaining a refund).
You must notify us of your wish to return your purchase within 10 days of
receiving it.
The written consent of Mazyta snc must be obtained before cancellation of
any order becomes operative. Under no circumstances may goods be returned
without first notifying the Company.
You may wish to replace the return with a different one. In this case we
will cancel your old order and a new order will be put in hand. Should you
merely wish to withdraw from your contract, an extra charge will be made
to cover the disposal of the unwanted article, when your payment is
reimbursed.
Any return which arises from a clearly defined visible defect, or due to a non-conformity of the goods delivered to the goods
ordered, will after verification by Mazyta snc, entitle the buyer to a
full credit to his/her account.
When goods are delivered, they must be examined immediately for breakages;
and any signs of damage to the packaging. If this is not possible, the
goods must be signed for as "Unexamined". In this event the goods must be
examined within 7 days, and any damage reported in writing to Mazyta s.n.c.
We will replace any breakages that incur during shipping.
The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging,
to minimise, risk of damage in transit.
Returned goods should be insured during transit so that Mazyta snc is
guaranteed for their value, should they arrive in a damaged condition.
Refunds are for the purchase price only. Return shipping costs and the insurance cost, are the customers'
responsibility.
Undamaged unwanted goods must be returned in perfect condition.
Notice for Non-European customers:
To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing
goods from another country, or another free trade area, can mean that your
national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other
additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase
Tax). It is the responsibility of the purchaser of paying any such taxes.
We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national
tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment
of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you
might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE
entering into a contract to purchase.
