Shipping
The items you order will be sent to you using either FedEx or DHL express
shipping courier and will reach you within four working days for Europe, five
days for North and South America and 7 days for the rest of the world.
Delivery times are weekdays between 9.00 am and 18.00 pm. Once the items
reach your country, the shipping company will contact you to arrange
delivery to your convenience.
The
items will be packed professionally and once the parcel is sent, we will
write to you to inform you on the expected delivery date and the tracking
number, so that you will be able to check where it is at all times from
the shipping company's website.
It is
essential that the delivery address is clearly and correctly given.
Delivery to an incorrect address given by the customer will discharge any
and every responsibility from our behalf. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so
please make sure your give us a physical address.
It is
also very important that you also provide us with a valid telephone
number, as this is required by the shipping company that will deliver your
goods.
For
bulk orders or large quantity orders please contact us via email or
telephone, as we might be able to arrange a different shipping
method and reduce the cost of shipping. To send many items together is always very
convenient both as regards our prices, and for the cost of shipping.
Shipping and custom fees are to be paid by the buyer. The
shipping fees we provide you with are given to us directly from the
shipping couriers. Should you wish to use your own preferred
shipping company, we will be happy to arrange this according to your
instructions.
